Home Watch Services: Visual inspection of your home and overall property, utilities checks; run faucets, flush toilets, check HVAC temperature, refrigerator temperature, and water heater function, check for leaks (inside and outside), secure window and door locks, and ensure outdoor entry points, such as gates and locks, are secured. Images and videos of each room and exterior area will be sent to owner via encrypted message.

Luxury Concierge Services: Personal assistance, including car or boat rental, cleaning services, event planning, home project management, grocery or flower arrangement shopping and delivery, and furniture assembly.
